| 2.1) From Distributor-Version B to A
Distributor “B” who are able to reach a gross sales of 50,000
within one (1) month may qualify as a Distributor “A”, hence, they may
apply and qualify for a higher Discount Incentive of 30%, subject to
review of their sales performance by our Marketing Department and
approval.
2.2) From Reseller – Version B to A Reseller “B” who are able to reach a gross sales of 3,000 within one (1) month may qualify as a Distributor “A”, hence, they may apply and qualify for a higher Discount Incentive of 20 %, subject to review of their sales performance by our Marketing Department and approval. |

All purchases shall be supported by an Order Form (OF) which shall be subject to the approval of Tidings’ Marketing Department assignee who shall be based in the Sales Office/Warehouse in Catolos Street. 4.
